Premium Beat License Agreement
Seller (Copyright Holder): [Name of Producer]

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”)
By purchasing this license, the Buyer is granted the following rights for the use of the music beat provided by the Seller. This agreement becomes effective on the date of purchase and remains valid as long as no violation of the terms occurs.
1. Direct Download & Beat Files
Upon completion of the purchase, the Buyer is entitled to download the licensed beat in digital format.
The beat will be delivered as a high-quality, mastered WAV file. Additional formats (e.g., MP3 or stems) may be provided upon request.
2. Commercial Use
The Buyer is granted the right to use the beat in commercial projects, including but not limited to:
Releases on digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon Music, YouTube, Deezer, etc.
Distribution of physical media, such as CDs or vinyl records
Use in digital downloads, streaming, advertising videos, or other online content
Live performances, including use in stage productions and events
The Buyer is allowed to monetize the final production and earn revenue from it.
Resale of the beat or transfer of this license to third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Music Videos & Publishing
The Buyer is permitted to use the beat in one or more music videos. These videos may be published and monetized on all major platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Vimeo, and others.
4. Producer Credit
In every published work containing the licensed beat—regardless of format—the Seller must be clearly credited as the producer as follows:
“Prod. by [Name of Producer]”
This credit must appear in the following locations:
Descriptions of digital releases
Metadata or credits on streaming platforms
Booklets or covers of physical releases
Video descriptions, titles, or closing credits in music videos
5. Copyright & Ownership
The Seller remains the sole copyright holder of the beat.
This license grants the Buyer non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the beat.
An exclusive license may be negotiated separately.
6. Liability & Breach of Contract
If the Buyer violates the terms of this agreement (e.g., omitting the required credit, unauthorized distribution, or using the beat without a valid license), the Seller reserves the right to pursue legal action and revoke the license.
7. Final Provisions
This agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Country].
Any amendments or additions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
