By purchasing this exclusive license, the Buyer is granted the one-time, unrestricted right to use the music beat listed below. This license is granted only once – after the sale, the beat will no longer be available for purchase.

1. Direct Download & Master Files

Upon completion of the purchase, the Buyer will receive immediate access to:

• The mastered WAV file of the beat (studio quality)

• All individual trackouts (stems) in WAV format for further processing

These files may be stored, backed up, and used in productions on the Buyer’s own systems.

2. Commercial Use

The Buyer is granted full rights for commercial use of the beat, including but not limited to:

• Digital releases (e.g., on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon Music, etc.)

• Distribution and duplication on physical formats such as CDs or vinyl

• Use in digital downloads, advertising content, radio broadcasts, and more

• Monetization on YouTube, including earnings through ads or Content ID

3. Music Videos & Platform Distribution

The beat may be used in music videos, which may be published and commercially exploited across all platforms – including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Vimeo, and others.

4. Arrangement & Modification

The Buyer is allowed to modify the beat’s arrangement at their discretion. This includes:

• Shortening or lengthening

• Remixing individual stems

• Adding custom instruments, vocals, or samples

Creative freedom lies with the Buyer, provided that the original work is not altered in a way that damages the producer’s reputation.

5. Exclusivity & One-Time Sale

This license is exclusive – the beat will be sold only once.
Upon completion of this sale, the Seller may not resell or re-license the beat.
Previously published demo versions or beat previews (e.g., on beat stores) will be taken down.

6. Copyright & Ownership

The Buyer receives exclusive usage rights; however, the copyright of the original beat remains with the Seller.
The Buyer may not distribute the instrumental as their own or resell it. Re-licensing or transferring the beat to a third party is strictly prohibited.

7. Breach of Terms

In case of a breach of these licensing terms (e.g., failure to credit, unauthorized resales, copyright violations), the Seller reserves the right to take legal action and revoke the license.

8. Final Provisions
